Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend or holiday, will be dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Time

Shipping takes 2-4 days within the United States and 3-6 days to Puerto Rico.

M Med Spa & Beauty is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed over to the postal service.

*Please note that delivery times are estimates. Weather events, conditions, peak seasons, and other circumstances could delay the approximate delivery time.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs again once we receive the returned order. If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the postal service (USPS) here.
